Prayer is a huge deal for us here at New Life Vineyard! We believe God hears us and responds to us when we call to Him.
If you need someone to pray for you, we have people trained to do just that standing by to help you bring your needs to Jesus.

Prayer Teams
While you can send in a prayer request at any time, we know that it is often nice to have more of a personal touch. After every Sunday Celebration we have prayer teams trained to pray with you for your personal needs and share God's love. Our goal is to bring God’s love to you as it is needed in your life and to bring the presence of the Holy Spirit to you personally. God wants you to know He is always near and loves you and we want to show that by spending a short time praying with you. These teams have all been thoroughly trained and are experienced in giving loving prayer. They will bring God’s love to encounter and share your problems, whether they be emotional, physical, financial, relational, or anything else. “Are they going to be like Jesus with the woman at the well and tell me everything I’ve ever done?” No, they will pray will you in a non-confrontational, loving way to bring the power of the Holy Spirit to address your problems and the love of Jesus to encourage you. Jesus loves you and as He stated in Luke 18 and 19 in quoting Isaiah 61:1,2 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
As a church that believes in using all of the gifts of the Spirit as outlined by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12, we also have teams trained to pray prophetically for you after the Sunday Celebrations on the second Sunday of each month. Prophesy is intended to build up and encourage the individual and body of Christ. These team members have received special training in prophetic prayer and have all completed the School of Kingdom Ministry. There are two different types of prophesy that will be given. One is a description of you as seen by Jesus and as you were created. This type of prophesy is enlightening, encouraging and brings courage and strength. The second type of prophesy speaks into existence in the spiritual realm, as directed by the Holy Spirit, a future set aside for you. What a blessing it is when these words are spoken over us!
